This chapter covers aircraft, spacecraft and their parts: balloons and dirigibles, gliders, aeroplanes and helicopters, spacecraft including satellites, launch vehicles and unmanned aircraft. For the purposes of the chapter, an "unmanned aircraft" is any aircraft, other than those of heading 88.01, designed to be flown without a pilot on board; it may be built to carry loads or fitted with permanently integrated cameras or other equipment serving a useful function in flight. Aircraft launching and landing gear, together with ground flying trainers, also belong here.
kapsamaz (95.03 pozisyonu).
Alt Pozisyon Notları
1. 8802.11 ila 8802.40 alt pozisyonlarının uygulanmasında, " boş haldeki ağırlık " tabirinden;
personelin, yakıtın ve sabit halde bulunanlar dışındaki diğer teçhizatın ağırlığı dışında kalan normal
uçuş düzenindeki cihazların ağırlığı anlaşılır.
2. 8806.21 ila 8806.24 ve 8806.91 ila 8806.94 alt pozisyonları anlamında, "azami kalkış ağırlığı" tabirinden,
normal uçuş sırasında makinenin, taşıdığı yük, teçhizat ve yakıtın ağırlığı dahil, kalkış sırasındaki azami
ağırlığı anlaşılır.
The first six digits of every code in this chapter are the same in every country that applies the Harmonized System. The chapter has 6 headings and 110 twelve-digit codes (2026 schedule).
The range is always computed WITHIN a single column: showing the EU column and the all-other-countries column as one range would misstate the duty. The binding rate depends on the twelve-digit code and the country of origin.
